Getting Started
How do I access Clinical Learning?

Clinical Learning is available at www.clinicallearning.com. Each university is provided with a unique URL to access their customized courses (E.g. www.clinicallearning.com/mamc/).  Your unique URL will be provided to you by your University Administrator or Elsevier. 

How do I sign in?

Log on to the unique URL of your university.

  • For duration based subscriptions: If your university has a duration based subscription, you will be prompted to sign in by entering your username and password in the login box located on right side of your university’s home page. The login details will be provided to you by your University administrator or Elsevier.
  • For IP based subscriptions: If your university has an IP based subscriptions, you can directly sign in by clicking ‘Click here to access Courses’ link on the login box located on right side of your university’s home page.

Note: In IP based subscriptions, access to Clinical Learning is restricted to computers, whose IP addresses have been added to the subscription by your university. Check with your university administrator for computers on which you can access Clinical Learning. 

How will I know if my university has duration based or IP based subscription?

To find out if your university has a duration based subscription or IP based subscription, please contact your university administrator or Elsevier at the contact details mentioned on the Contact Us page on www.clinicallearning.com

My university has a duration based subscription. How do I get my login details?

Students

If you are a student, you don't need to create your account. Your account will be created by your instructors and the details will be sent to you by email. If you haven't received your username and password, please contact your instructor(s) or university administrator.

Instructors

If you are an instructor, your username and password will be sent to you by Elsevier India Administrators. If you haven't received your username and password, please contact your dedicated Elsevier India Administrator. 

I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

Do not worry, if you've forgotten your login details. If you have an email address on record, we can send your password to you. Just click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link in the login box on www.clinicallearning.com, enter your email address and click ‘Submit’ to retrieve your password. 

My university has not subscribed to Clinical Learning yet. Can I still get access?

Clinical Learning offers some courses for discovery that are available on the homepage of www.clinicallearning.com. To get a hang of the product, you can simply click on these courses on the homepage to access them.

Alternatively, you can become a trial user to access our flagship courses and other product features for a limited period of time. To create a trial account, click on the ‘Free Trial’ link on Clinical Learning’s homepage or open www.clinicallearning.com/university/addtrialuser.php, fill the trial user registration form and click ‘Submit’.
